A statement from the Pac-12 Conference on Oregon State athletic director Scott Barnes, who suffered a medical situation at Fresno State on Saturday night:
“The Pac-12 released the following statement on April 22, 2023 on Oregon State Athletic Director Scott Barnes. Oregon State announced that Barnes experienced a medical event Saturday night while attending a Fresno State athletics awards presentation in Fresno, Calif and is receiving medical care at a Fresno area hospital.
“Scott Barnes is a dear friend, trusted colleague and incredibly loved man across the Oregon State and Pac-12 families and the entire college sports community. Our thoughts are with Scott and his family at this time.”
