NOTES: A win by CU would give the Buffs their first two-game regular season sweep of the Cardinal since 2018 and put the Buffs in control of their own destiny for a top-two finish in the Pac-12, which comes with a bye for the first round of the league tournament. … CU posted a 17-15 home win against then-No. 21 Stanford on March 17 behind five goals from McGee. … Rudy, the reigning Pac-12 Offensive Player of the Week, has moved into second all-time at CU with 179 career goals. With a minimum of four games remaining, Rudy will be pressed to reach Darby Kiernan’s team record of 210 goals unless the Buffs can advance in the Pac-12 tournament. … The Buffs are ranked No. 53 in this week’s RPI. Stanford is No. 33. … CU has won three of its past four road games, but the Buffs are just 2-5 all-time at Stanford. … This will be Stanford’s first home game since April 2. … CU completes its final road trip of the regular season on Sunday at California.
