The Colorado volleyball team picked up a key road win on Friday night, taking care of business against the California Golden Bears with a four-set victory (25-16, 19-25, 25-20, 25-16) in Berkeley, Calif.

It was the third consecutive win for the Buffaloes, who improved to 16-7 overall and 8-5 in the Pac-12 Conference. CU has won seven consecutive matchups against the Bears and 11 of the past 12. The Buffs also have won four of their past five contests in Berkeley.

CU featured a balanced attack, with three players posting double-figure kills — Lexi Hadrych (14), Maya Tabron (12) and Alexia Kuehl (10). Sterling Parker and Meegan Hart added seven kills apiece.

The Buffs’ road trip continues on Sunday at No. 8 Stanford (1 p.m. MT, Pac-12 Mountain). CU is 1-25 all-time against the Cardinal.
