Sorry folks but I've got to wrap it up here. Thanks to all who participated! Hope everyone is safe out there and we'll try to do this again soon.....Pat R.I'm not sure, but it would have to be into 2021 I'd think. The draft has now been pushed to November. With the NBA Final Four from last season just getting underway, when would they expect to start the NEXT regular season once this one finishes? Considering in a normal year, it would almost be set to begin by now.I think I finally figured that out! Hahawondering if the hoop team will be better on OThat's kind of the wisdom of hindsight at this point. They made what they thought was a prudent decision based on the info at the time. With none of the other power conferences no longer sitting out, they don't really have a choice but to come back. Why was the conference so quick to cancel the season so early? Seems like a better approach would have been to say we’re tentatively going to play and practice as though the season is on – but then reserve the right to pull the plug at any time if COVID got worse. Then they could have taken a wait and see approach. No worries!Sorry, I logged on too late!Off the top of my head I DO believe ASU was out of scholarships, but I'd have to double-check that. Allen told me Coleman really implored him that CU was the best place for him. It's interesting to hear that for sure. As you said, the usual mode of operation would be Allen following Coleman. Once the young man is signed hopefully I'll have a chance to talk to Coleman about his end of the story.Great to make it to one of these. Pat, hope you're ok and have had a good Summer. I'm sorry about furloughs for you and your colleagues. I can't remember another instance where a recruit did not follow their recruiter to a new job...I'm talking about Quincy Allen and Anthony Coleman. I'm just curious from your perspective - were you surprised we were able to keep Quincy? Was ASU out of scholarships? Thank you and hope to see you soon.Sorry! I got'cha now. Sorry. I think they'll be better. I realize Bey and his FG% is a big loss. But Evan shoots well and he'll get more touches in the block. Wright still has room to improve the asst-to-turnover and I still don't think we've seen the best of Schwartz, at least from a consistency standpoint.on O on the hoops team...always a concern on a tad teamWe are running up against deadline here though, so if anyone still wants to chime in, shot clock is ticking! You can talk whatever you want!!sorry...talknhoopsWorse. Even if they're improved on the line, you're losing a multi-year starter at QB and Shenault. Can't see the offense being better with a rookie QB under center.I hit thw wrong button in my haste and closed out the screen while tryng to pst my comment. Just wondering where this team will be compared on O as last year's better or worse?A little slow going here today, which I kind of expected. But I'll be here at least another half hour whenever anyone wants to chime in!Though I'm with a lot of you in being curious how quickly Brendon Lewis gets on the field. I just think with no spring ball, a hurried preseason if that's what happens soon, gives the edge to the more experienced guy.My money is on Lytle.Best guess for who will start at QB this year?None yet. I'm not sure addressing that is a huge priority yet. Athletic staff is on furlough right now, and the P12 needs to set a course for the season before anyone can start talking about fans. The outbreaks currently on campus isn't helping the idea of fans in the stands.what is the hope for anyone being in attendance this season at the CEC? Any rumors from the department? If you missed it earlier this week, Boyle's bunch got a commitment from in-state recruit in Cherry Creek's Julian Hammond. He's also a football star, and CC schools announced yesterday they are going to try and play a fall football schedule. Tad can't comment on it, but I'm sure he's relieved the young man won't be playing football later in the spring instead. And for Clifford, he kept getting better and better throughout high school. Curious to see how that translates going to the next level.Among the newcomers, Keeshawn Barthelemy and Dominique Clifford. I got to see Barthelemy practice last year and I think he and Wright play well together. Not sure how many minutes they can work side-by-side since they both are on the shorter side, but they bring a lot of versatility. And now they have a legit point guard to spell Wright, which was a problem last year.Yeah, they really laid an egg at the end of the year. It seems they should be able to turn the page rather successfully with all the new faces. What new player(s) are you most excited about?Greetings AZ. Hope you're well. Honestly, at this point I'll just be stoked if there is a season we can take in! But in actually looking at the team, I'm just curious to see how they bounce back from that terrible finish. They have the talent and depth to have another strong season. Shaking off how the last one ended I think will be a huge key in general.Hi Pat. What excites you most about CU men's hoops team in 20-21?I'll be here for the next hour or so to take your thoughts, questions, and grievances, so fire away!I'll be here for the next hour or so to take your thoughts, questions, and grievances, so fire away!Greetings Buffs fans! Should be some news out of the Pac-12 today, but we're still in a holding pattern to see what they might come up with for fall football.
