Colorado’s recruiting surge continued on Thursday.
Kaylin Moore, from Westlake Village (Calif.) Oaks Christian High School, announced his verbal commitment to play football for the Buffaloes on Thursday.
Moore is the 11th player to commit to CU for the class of 2021, with six giving their pledge since July 13.
Classified as an athlete, Moore, listed at 6-feet, 180 pounds, has been recruited as a defensive back. He has a three-star rating from 247Sports.com and Rivals.com.
According to 247Sports.com, Moore has 16 scholarship offers, with Boise State, California and Oregon State among those recruiting him aggressively. Moore also has offers from Washington State and Colorado State.
Moore is the fourth defensive back in CU’s 2021 class, along with Trustin Oliver (Iowa Western Community College), Tyrin Taylor (Cornelius, N.C.) and Trevor Woods (Katy, Tex.)
As a junior in 2019, Moore recorded 50 tackles and two interceptions. He also caught 35 passes for 408 yards and two touchdowns
