All righty we're going to wrap it up folks. Thanks to those who tuned in. No chat next Friday, and please stay tuned after that. I don't usually go every week in the summer, but we'll hook up for at least one of these again in June. Thanks and stay safe out there!Aw, shoot. Good point. I doubt Brian will do it on Monday, given it's Memorial Day. I just looked at his last chat from last week and he's planning to do it on Tuesday. Good catch! So Brian is doing a chat on Monday/Memorial Day?Dombek simply wasn't ready. Who's minutes were those two guys going to take this past year? Tad didn't 'bring in' Ryder as much as Ryder showed up as a walk-on. Neither of them were eligible in '18-19 and they just had better players in front of them this year. Why does Tad bring in big guys like Ryder and Dombek and never play them - to the point where they leave without ever having seen any significant playing time?Been a little quiet today, which is understandable. I might wrap up early unless folks want to chime in.Hey I'm sorry I lost my chat feed here for a couple minutes just now. If anyone asked a question in the past few minutes that hasn't popped up yet, please ask again. My apologies.I worded that last response poorly. I personally don't think we'll see packed stadiums/arenas any time soon.I'm not of the opinion we will see fully packed stadiums/arenas any time soon. Figuring out the requisite distancing in the stands is going to be one of the most important hurdles in getting sports restartedWould plexiglass dividers between each seat and row be cost-prohibitive? Or maybe handing out PPE to each fan before they enter? Kidding of course. But it is hard to differentiate this situation from packed airplanes. I guess that is allowed because permitting people to fly is essential for the economy. One programming note real quick. No chat for me next week, but Brian Howell is planning to be back in his normal chat time slot on Monday. As long as they've completed HS graduation, I'm sure those workouts will include incoming freshmenWill the voluntary workouts include bringing the new recruits in if they so choose..... or only applying to players that are already in place?Full stadiums/arenas? Probably not, at least at first. But I could see some sort of half-capacity situation or something like that even without a vaccine.Assuming that sporting events for the players return, do you think that allowing fans into stadiums and arenas will happen without a vaccine? For a guy in Wright's position, they help organize workouts and interviews with NBA teams. Not sure about the finances in particular, but most of the NCAA-approved agents work for big, credible firmsWhat is the function of those agents? How are they compensated and by whom?Yes. I forget the organization's name off the top of my head, but there are about two dozen NCAA-approved agents that allow student-athletes to retain their eligibility. He is with one of them.Did I read that McKinley has hired some sort of an agent, but maybe not the kind that renders him ineligible to return?Basically, yes. It will first be up to the conferences to outline a plan, and then it will be up to each university to come up with a plan in accordance with that state's particular stayt-at-home situationsIs the decision on holding voluntary workouts strictly up to each university?Big news on Wednesday with the NCAA allowing voluntary workouts on campus beginning June 1 for football & men's and women's basketball. Probably won't have clarity on what that will mean at CU, but certainly an encouraging step forward to possibly seeing live college sports again this fallGreetings Buffs fans! Hope everyone is safe and healthy out there. I'll be here for the next hour or so to take any questions.
