The Colorado football program added another verbal commitment to its 2020 class on Friday.
Montana Lemonious-Craig, a three-star athlete from Inglewood (Calif.) High School announced his commitment with a video on Twitter.
At 6-foot-2, 185 pounds, Lemonious-Craig starred on both sides of the ball at Inglewood this season. He caught 41 passes for 1,227 yards and 21 touchdowns on offense, while adding 60 tackles, five tackles for loss and six interceptions on defense. He helped the Sentinels (12-1) reach the CIF Southern Section semifinals, where they fell, 42-41, last week.
Projected to play receiver at CU, Lemonious-Craig has a three-star rating from 247Sports.com and Rivals.com. According to 247Sports, he has 14 offers, including from Arizona, Auburn, Boise State, BYU and Colorado State.
CU has 23 players verbally committed for the 2020 class. Lemonious-Craig is the fourth receiver on the list, along with Chris Carpenter of Jacksonville, Tex.; Keith Miller of The Colony, Tex.; and Brenden Rice from Chandler, Ariz.
