Numbers: Brown leads the Buffs in receiving, with 48 catches for 624 yards and five touchdowns. He has also rushed for a touchdown. During his two seasons at CU, he has 80 catches for 957 yards, putting him 43 yards away from becoming the 32nd player in program history with 1,000.
Potential impact vs. Stanford: In Pac-12 play, Brown has averaged 6.3 catches per game and been quarterback Steven Montez’s most reliable weapon. Against Stanford, which ranks 107th in pass efficiency defense, Brown could have a big afternoon as the Buffs try to get their offense on track.
Brown said: “It’s been pretty much a battle (offensively), but we’ve just got to get ourselves going. It’s just execution with us. So it’s a matter of just being able to get it fixed during practice and just reminding ourselves it’s the little things. Let’s get those fixed and that way we can come out with the win.
