A November visit from Wisconsin and a trip to Fort Collins to face in-state rival Colorado State will highlight the nonconference schedule for the Colorado women’s basketball team next season.

On Tuesday, the Buffaloes announced their 11-game nonconference slate, beginning with the season opener against NJIT on Nov. 10 at CU Events Center. Prior to the opener, the Buffs will host Regis in an exhibition on Nov. 4.

Wisconsin will visit Boulder on Nov. 14, marking the first meeting between the teams since Nov. 26, 2011.  The home portion of the schedule also includes games against Jacksonville, Indiana State, Texas Southern and Denver. The Buffs and DU will meet for the first time since Nov. 25, 2014.

CU’s first two road games will take them to regional rivals Wyoming and Colorado State. Also on the road is a date with Xavier and the two-game Tulane Classic in New Orleans. The Buffs will place Alabama-Birmingham and Tulane in that event.
