Colorado head coach Jesse Mahoney ill be traveling to Beijing, China, from June 11-20 in conjunction with Pac-12 Global.

The NCAA Tournament hopes of the Colorado volleyball team remain teetering on the bubble with only four games remaining in the regular season. All four of those contests are on the road, but given the quality of the Pac-12 Conference the Buffs still can play their way into the tournament picture.

A look at Friday’s showdown at No. 16 Oregon:

Colorado volleyball at No. 16 Oregon

Game time: Friday, 8 p.m., Eugene, Ore.

Records: CU 15-12, 7-9 Pac-12 Conference; Oregon 18-9, 11-6.

Notes: The Buffs began the week in a three-way tie for seventh place in the Pac-12 alongside Utah and UCLA, who the Buffs play in the final two games of the season…Of more immediate concern to the Buffs is their No. 50 ranking in this week’s RPI…The Buffs are just 2-10 against ranked foes this season…CU suffered a four-set loss at home against Oregon on Oct. 12…The Buffs had been 0-5 all-time at Oregon before winning in two of their past three visits…CU’s road trip continues Sunday at Oregon State…The Ducks are coming off a Wednesday night home sweep of Utah.
