The Colorado volleyball team reached the Sweet 16 of the NCAA Tournament last season for the first time in 20 years, and while the Buffaloes still will have four regular season games remaining following Sunday’s home finale against No. 20 Arizona, Sunday match could swing the Buffs one way or the other on the tournament bubble. A look at the matchup:

No. 20 Arizona at Colorado volleyball

Game time: Sunday, noon, CU Events Center.

Records: Arizona 18-9, 7-8 Pac-12 Conference; CU 15-11, 7-8.

Notes: The Buffs will honor their three seniors — Naghede Abu, Gabby Carta-Samuels and Alexa Smith — before the match…The contest could prove critical in CU’s attempt to play its way into the NCAA Touranment picture, with the Buffs and Arizona entering Sunday’s action tied for sixth in the Pac-12…CU sophomore setter Brynna DeLuzio has missed the past three matches due to an injury and is sidelined indefinitely…CU was swept at Arizona on Oct. 19, snapping a seven-game winning streak against the Wildcats…The Buffs visit Oregon and Oregon State next weekend before finishing the regular season the following week at UCLA and at Utah.
