The 20th-ranked Colorado women’s soccer team ends one of the most demanding stretches in team history Sunday against No. 8 UCLA, the Buffaloes’ third consecutive match against a top-eight team. With two game remaining in the regular season, CU goes into the match in fourth-place in the Pac-12 and was slotted at No. 33 in this past week’s RPI.

The Buffs previously lost 7-0 at top-ranked Stanford and are coming off a 1-0 loss at home Thursday against No. 2 USC … CU is 2-8 all-time against UCLA, defeating a ninth-ranked Bruins team at home in 2016 but losing 2-0 at home last year to a No. 1-ranked UCLA squad … The Buffs enter the match in fourth-place in the Pac-12 with 17 points, four points behind the third-place Bruins … CU completes the regular season at home Friday against Utah (3 p.m., Pac-12 Network) before awaiting word on a third consecutive NCAA Tournament berth.
