The Colorado volleyball team has navigated its way through a demanding early slate in the Pac-12 Conference, and soon that schedule will take a more favorable turn. But not before a visit from the 14th-ranked Oregon Ducks, which will be the sixth ranked foe the Buffaloes have taken on in seven league games. Here is a look at the matchup:

No. 14 Oregon at Colorado volleyball

Game time: Friday, 7 p.m., CU Events Center.

Records: Oregon 11-5, 4-2 Pac-12 Conference; CU 10-7, 2-4.

Notes: The match will be the Buffs’ Beat Breast Cancer Pink Game. Fans wearing pink can purchase $5 general admission tickets … CU is just 5-12 all-time against the Ducks but swept the teams’ two games last year, winning in four sets at home and five on the road … After losing two matches at home against the Arizona schools, Oregon went on the road last week and posted sweeps at USC and UCLA, both of which are top-25 teams … The Ducks began the week ranked fourth in the nation in assists per set (14.05) and fifth in kills per set (14.84) … The Buffs complete a run of four consecutive home games on Sunday against Oregon State (2 p.m.).
