Coach Danny Sanchez has led the Colorado soccer team to the program’s longest unbeaten streak to start a season heading into the final nonconference games of the year.

After putting together the longest unbeaten streak to start a season in program history, the Colorado women’s soccer team completes its nonconference schedule this week with two home matches beginning Thursday against Utah Valley. A look at the matchup:

Notes: Barton, who began the week tied for third in the nation in goals, already has recorded three two-goal games, including a hat trick against Missouri on Aug. 25. Buffs players posted four two-goal games the entire 2017 season, including two from Barton…CU has never played Utah Valley…Utah Valley reached the NCAA Tournament last year after winning the Western Athletic Conference tournament…The Buffs host Denver in their nonconference finale Sunday at Prentup (1 p.m., Pac-12 Network)…CU plays its first three Pac-12 Conference games on the road, beginning with a visit to Oregon State Sept. 21.
