After posting a win at Air Force and a scoreless draw against Colorado State, the Colorado women’s soccer team continues a four-game homestand against former Big 12 Conference rival Missouri. A look at the matchup:

Notes: This will be the Buffs’ 22nd match against Missouri. Only Denver (23) has faced CU more often…The Tigers lead the series 14-6-1, though the programs have met just once since they were rivals in the Big 12 Conference — a 2-1 overtime win for the Tigers at Missouri two years ago…Missouri opened the season with a scoreless draw against Iowa before posting a 2-1 win in double overtime at Iowa State…With a goal and an assist in the opener at Air Force, Kornieck moved into sole possession of seventh-place on CU’s all-time points list (47) and moved to within one goal of becoming the program’s seventh 20-goal scorer…Like the Buffs, Missouri’s two goalkeepers, Dossey and Sapp, have split time almost equally through the first two games…CU’s homestand continues Aug. 31 against Texas-San Antonio.
