The Colorado women’s soccer team picked up its first Pac-12 Conference win of the season Thursday night, posting its eighth shutout of the season in a 2-0 victory at Washington State. With ranked foes awaiting the Buffaloes in their next three matches following Sunday, CU will be looking to add key road points when it visits the University of Washington. Here is a look at the matchup.

NOTES: With five goals, Puketapu already is just the eighth freshman in the history of the CU program to reach that mark…Thursday’s shutout at Washington State was the fourth solo shutout of the season for Tompkins and the 11th of her career…Washington is coming off a 2-0 win at home Thursday against Utah…CU is 2-0-2 in its past four matches against the Huskies, including a 2-1 win at home last year…Rasmussen’s five assists are one more than she collected in three seasons with Georgia before transferring to CU…The Buffs will regain the services of starting midfielder Alex Vidger, who was suspended for the match at Washington State after receiving two yellow cards during last week’s home loss against No. 1 UCLA…CU returns home to face No. 11 Cal on Thursday and No. 2 Stanford on Sunday.
