SEATTLE — Alexa Smith had a match-high 23 kills, and Justine Spann added 13 Saturday night as the 21st-ranked University of Colorado women's volleyball wrapped up the Pac-12/Big Ten Challenge with a 3-1 (25-19, 25-21, 23-25, 25-13) win over Iowa at Alaska Airlines Arena.

Spann had a team-high 25 digs while Smith and Rachel Whipple each added 11 for the Buffs, who improved to 3-2 on the season.

Brynna DeLuzio had 25 assists to pace Colorado, which lost to No. 11 Illinois 3-0 on Friday night to open the Challenge.

The Buffs return to action Friday with a 6 p.m. match against Georgia in the Buffs Invitational. Oklahoma and North Carolina meet in the Invite's first match at 3 p.m.
