The Colorado volleyball team owns 22 wins in a season for the first time in 19 years. And the Buffaloes hope the best still is yet to come.

With a likely NCAA Tournament bid expected to arrive Sunday night, the Buffs will complete the regular season Friday night with a showdown against No. 15 Utah. The match will mark the final regular-season appearance at the Coors Events Center for CU's three seniors — Joslyn Hayes, Anna Pfefferle, and Stephanie Shadley. Those players are the only ones on the current roster who were with the Buffs when they last reached the NCAA Tournament in 2014.

WHEN: Friday, 8 p.m., Coors Events Center.

BROADCAST: Pac-12 Mountain.

RECORDS: Utah 21-9, 12-7 Pac-12 Conference; Colorado 22-8, 12-7.

NOTES: It will be Senior Night for Hayes, Pfefferle, and Shadley...Hayes, the only fifth-year senior of the group, has posted a career-best 222 kills...Pfefferle ranks second all-time in program history with 458 blocks...Shadley was a regular starter last year but has displayed impressive class this season while accepting a backup role...CU posted a sweep at Cal Wednesday night. Frankie Shebby paced the offense with 17 kills...Utah posted a four-set win at home against the Buffs on Sept. 22. Shebby and Alexa Smith posted 11 kills apiece that night for CU, with Smith also recording 15 digs...The winner will finish in fourth-place in the Pac-12...The Buffs are 5-7 against ranked squads this season, including 3-2 at home.
