STEAMBOAT SPRINGS — Call this year's NCAA Skiing Championships a learning experience. The University of Colorado ski team didn't win its 21st team title in Steamboat Springs, but that doesn't mean the four days of Alpine and Nordic racing were a total waste.

Though CU named another national champion with junior Mads Stroem's win in the men's 20-kilometer classical cross-country race at Howelsen Hill on Saturday — his second win this week and third career national title — it wasn't enough for the Buffs to defend their 2015 NCAA team title. Full Story
