The 2008 Colorado football team kicked off the fall camp with their first practice Tuesday.

Geer was reinstated Aug. 4 to CU after pleading guilty to a misdemeanor charge last month in Boulder County Court and is scheduled to be sentenced Aug. 18. He could receive up to two years in jail, but it is likely he will avoid jail time in favor of probation because it is his first offense.
