STEVINSON, Calif. -- The Colorado men's golf team is third after two rounds of the CU-Stevinson Ranch Invitational on Monday.

St. Mary's (Calif.) leads the event with a 581 team score. New Mexico State is second with 583 and the Buffs third at 589.

Junior Derek Tolan is pacing CU after firing a pair of 1-over-par 73s. His 146 total on the 7,144-yard, par-72 Stevinson Golf Club layout is good for a share of eighth place heading into today's final round.

The final round of the tournament is set for 8 a.m. today.
