CU finishes 8th at Western Regional Preview
SACRAMENTO -- Colorado freshman Stephanie Simich shot a five-over par 77 in the final round of the NCAA Western Regional Preview on Tuesday to finish in 14th place.

As a team, the Buffs tied for eighth place with a team score of 913. Denver won the event with an 876.
Colorado senior Lindsay Senger was six over par in the final round and finished 29th.

Andrews fourth
LAKEWOOD -- Colorado redshirt freshman Riley Andrews took fourth place in the Colorado School of Mines Spring Invitational on Monday.
Andrews finished two strokes behind the winner, Northern Colorado's Stephen Bidne.
Andrews competed without the rest of the CU team at the tournament, which was cut from 54 holes to 36 due to poor weather. Northern Colorado won the team title.
