Another week with a lot of upsets in the Top 25. The top two teams - Florida and Wichita State - kept winning, but it seems as if everybody else lost. In fact, 17 of the 25 teams I had on my ballot last week lost at least once. That created a lot of movement this week, and with that, here is the ballot I submitted to the Associated Press on Sunday night:

1. Florida
2. Wichita State
3. Villanova
4. Arizona
5. Louisville
6. Duke
7. Virginia
8. Syracuse
9. Michigan
10. San Diego State
11. Wisconsin
12. Kansas
13. Cincinnati
14. Creighton
15. North Carolina
16. Iowa State
17. VCU
18. Oklahoma
19. Ohio State
20. Connecticut
21. Michigan State
22. New Mexico
23. Oregon
24. Saint Louis
25. Baylor

Biggest jumps
-- Villanova, from No. 8 to No. 3. The Wildcats are now in line for a No. 1 seed for the NCAA Tournament. They are 5-3 against the RPI Top 50 and, perhaps even more impressive, 23-0 against teams outside of the Top 50.
-- Louisville, from No. 10 to No. 5. The Cardinals don't have a lot of impressive wins (just 3-5 vs. ranked teams), but beat two ranked opponents last week and continue to prove they'll be a title contender this month.

Moving in
-- Oklahoma: Sooners keep winning (2-0 last week) and improved to 8-5 vs. the RPI Top 50.
-- Ohio State: Roller-coaster year continues with a win against Michigan State.
-- Oregon: Ducks fell off the map with a horrendous 2-8 stretch, but there aren't many teams playing better right now. They've won seven in a row, including beating Arizona.
-- Baylor: Another team that plummeted with a 2-8 stretch in midseason, the Bears started winning again when the Ducks did. Baylor is 7-1 in its last eight and thumped Iowa State last week.

Moving out
-- SMU (No. 17 last week): Mustangs lost to Louisville and Memphis last week, falling to 4-5 vs. the Top 50.
-- Kentucky (No. 22 last week): The most over-hyped team in recent memory continued its unimpressive season with a blowout loss to Florida. Wildcats now 1-5 vs. ranked teams and 2-5 vs. the RPI Top 50. Wildcat fans printed 40-0 T-shirts before the year started. This team might not even get to 25 wins.
-- Memphis (No. 23 last week): In reality, not a terrible week. They beat SMU and lost to a really good Cincinnati team on the road. But, I felt Baylor deserved the spot. Memphis is my No. 26 team this week.
-- Kansas State (No. 25 last week): Wildcats followed a good week with a 0-2 week. Can't keep them on the ballot after that.
