MacIntyre said sophomore lineman Jeromy Irwin (foot) certainly won't play against Colorado State on Sept. 1, and there's potential to redshirt Irwin. ... Freshman walk-on Ryan Moeller, from Rifle High School, came in to camp splitting time between tailback and defensive back. He is now working exclusively at defensive back. ... The Buffs will practice once on Tuesday, from 8:30-11:30 a.m.
