Colorado added its second wide receiver to the 2011 recruiting class when 6-foot-1 Kyle Washington gave his verbal commitment to the Buffs, reported on Sunday.

Scout rates Washington as a two-star receiver.

Washington reportedly also had offers from Hawaii, New Mexico State, North Dakota State and Utah State. He made visits to Hawaii, New Mexico State, Utah State and Colorado.

In his senior year at Florence High School in Arizona, Washington caught 23 passes for 663 yards and 10 touchdowns. He also ran for 788 yards and 11 touchdowns. He also returned kicks in high school.
