Colorado rotated Aaron Haigler and Isaac Miller at right tackle on Saturday against Oregon State.

Miller got his second straight start, while Haigler came off the bench. Haigler had started the first five games (three at tackle, two at guard).

"We knew we were going to rotate them both and it just depends on different things we were doing in the game," CU coach Mike MacIntyre said. "They're doing well. I thought they protected well the other day. Both of those young men are getting better every week. They really work hard, they're really smart, they're big, they're athletic. They're just getting better and better."

Miller played just 24 snaps, but had his highest grade of the season. Haigler played 43 snaps.

Cal game time set

On Monday, the Pac-12 announced that CU's next home game, Oct. 28 against Cal at Folsom Field, will kick off at noon. The game will be broadcast on the Pac-12 Network.

That's a big day for CU, as it's homecoming, Ralphie's 50th anniversary celebration, a reunion for the 1967 Bluebonnet Bowl team, and Rashaan Salaam's jersey retirement ceremony.

Cornerback Trey Udoffia has not played the past two games after injuring his knee on Sept. 30 against UCLA, but CU coach Mike MacIntyre said the freshman is ready to go. "Trey can be in there in a drop of a hat," he said. "(Udoffia and Dante Wigley) have been rotating an even number of reps every practice." ... Kickoff specialist Davis Price didn't reach the end zone on his kickoffs like usual vs. OSU. MacIntyre said, "He definitely had an off game. We also played not at altitude, which sometimes that bothers him. I wish it wouldn't have bothered him as much as it did. Hopefully he'll kick better this week." ... MacIntyre said backup quarterback Sam Noyer "is getting better and better." He added that Noyer is learning the offense and getting a "ton of reps" in practice. ... The Buffs practiced in helmets and shorts on Monday and MacIntyre said. "I thought we got a lot accomplished." ... CU will wear silver helmets and white jerseys and pants this week at Washington State.
