The Daily Camera, our staff and Pediment have combined to publish a 160-page hardcover book chronicling the Colorado Buffaloes' historic 2016 football season.

Colorado head coach Mike MacIntyre led the Buffs to a remarkable turnaround with a 10-3 record, a No. 10 ranking in the final College Football Playoff rankings, a Pac-12 South division title and a berth in the Alamo Bowl where the Buffs will play the Oklahoma State Cowboys on Dec. 29.

"The Rise: The University of Colorado Buffaloes' Historic Turnaround Season" will contain every game story from BuffZone writer Brian Howell as well as select columns by BuffZone writer Pat Rooney. The Daily Camera photo team also contributed photos from the home games.

"This year was certainly a year to remember for the Colorado Buffaloes. The Camera sports team, photographers and our cartoonist Drew Litton did a great job chronicling the Buffs' rise to the top of the Pac-12," Prairie Mountain Publishing CEO Al Manzi said. "Buff fans will have an opportunity to forever remember this incredible turnaround season by purchasing one of the books at the special pre-order rate. "

The book is available online at for $24.95 until Jan. 4. It will be shipped on Feb. 3.
