Saturday's early 11 a.m. kickoff against Stanford will feature several charity actions around Folsom Field.
CU is hosting both a food drive and a toy drive prior to the Pac-12 Conference showdown. The food drive will benefit Community Food Share in the counties of Boulder and Broomfield. Donation bins will be located in the southeast, southwest, northeast, and northwest gates at Folsom, in addition to one in Ralphie's Corral. All factory-sealed canned goods are welcome, but the most sought items include canned meals, hot and cold cereal, pasta and pasta sauce, peanut butter, canned meals, and canned vegetables.
The toy drive is being organized jointly by the CU Alumni Association and the US Marine Corps to bolster donations for the Toys for Tots program. Marines will be stationed at Ralphie's Corral (Benson Field, south of Folsom) to accept donations of new, unwrapped toys.
