Chris Miller, a three-star cornerback from Denton (Tex.) High School, announced on Twitter that he is planning to play his college football in Boulder.
"Thank you to all the coaches who've offered me and shown me Love but I am joining the herd by committing to The University of Colorado. I'm Truly blessed," Miller tweeted.
Miller becomes the ninth player to verbally commit to CU for the 2017 class, and the second in the last 24 hours. Quarterback Tyler Lytle committed on Tuesday night.
Aside from CU, Miller has about a dozen other offers, including from Boise State, Iowa, Kansas and Missouri.
"I like the class they already had, and it just felt right when I went there," said Miller, who visited the campus last weekend. "I had a better feeling going there than I had at any other place.
Miller thought about making his announcement last Sunday, but it was a call from Lytle on Tuesday night that sealed the deal.
