Patrick Taylor Jr., a running back/linebacker from Humble, Texas, announced on Twitter that he has decided to commit to Memphis instead.
Taylor had originally committed to CU in August and took his official visit to Boulder earlier this month.
Taylor's departure still leaves CU with 13 players committed to sign letters of intent on Wednesday. The list:
Ca'Ron Baham, ATH, Marrero, La.
Ronnie Blackmon, ATH, Atlanta
Johnny Huntley, WR, Plantation, Fla.
Akil Jones, LB, San Jose
Anthony Julmisse, ATH, Plantation, Fla.
Drew Lewis, LB, Coffeyville, Kan.
Chance Lytle, OL, San Antonio, Tex.
Sam Noyer, QB, Beaverton, Ore.
Colby Pursell, OL, Newhall, Calif.
Derrion Rakestraw, WR, Woodstock, Ga.
Terriek Roberts, OL, Denver
Trey Udoffia, ATH, Loomis, Calif.

The Buffs will also add quarterback Davis Webb, a transfer from Texas Tech, at some point. The process for adding transfers is different, however, so even Webb is unsure at this point when he will officially become a Buff.
In addition to the list of commitments, the Buffs are still pursuing several others players for this class. Among the top remaining targets are athlete Tayler Hawkins (Palm Springs, Calif.); athlete Lorenzo Burns (Temecula, Calif.); defensive end Keanu Saleapaga (La Mirada, Calif.
