Sipili out until at least Sept. 22
Posted September 6, 2007
After pleading guilty in Boulder County Court on Thursday to a misdemeanor charge related to a street brawl in June, linebacker Michael Sipili will remain suspended from the CU football team through the next two games.
Athletic director Mike Bohn announced Sipili will not travel with the team to the Arizona State game this week, and he will sit out the Florida State game as well as punishment for his actions.
Sipili will be sentenced on Wednesday.

Oh well. No one really had too many expectations to do much better than 2-2 in the pre-conference.
May as well kiss any chance of beating ASU and FSU goodbye!

"no chance?"
because of Sipili? He's not THAT good.

Sipili is a wall against the run. The coaches also started him over Thad Washington in a couple of games because they felt he was better in pass coverage.
I think he would have helped make the opponents' offenses more one dimensional...
Hey by the conference, we should be a pretty good team with Sipili, Perri, Josh Smith, Hugh Charles and hopefully Bernard Jackson back!
