What do you want in a coach?

Here is your chance Buffs fans. I want to know what you want in the next Colorado men's basketball coach.

There are obviously many characteristics to look for and consider when hiring a coach, who will likely be paid hundreds of thousands of dollars. Which are the most important to you?

Please don't use this as an opportunity to slam the current coaching staff. That isn't what this is about, but if you feel something has been lacking in the program, let me know.
